Work Permit Application While you are in Turkey

Get a work permit while you are in Turkey, there is 2 ways here:

1st-By working in a company:

you need to :

1- Legit entry into Turkey.

2- Having a tourist residency card in Turkey for a period of no less than six months given by the Turkish Immigration Department.

3- The presence of a company that you are working for, this company must provide us the papers of its registration and some other papers.

4-The company must have for every foreigner who wants to obtain a work permit for him, five Turkish people working for it for every foreigner.

 

For example: if there are two foreigners who want to work and obtain a work permit, the company must have ten Turkish people and so on.

 

2nd Way- By opening your own company:

once you open your open company here with our accountant, you will have a real address and the ability to apply for work permit as a company owner, before that you also must have a resident permit card that has a full duration not less than 6 month.

Work Permit Application Before Entering Turkey

How can I apply for a work permit before entering Turkey?

1-in general to apply for a work permit there must be presence of a company that you are working for, this company must provide us the papers of its registration and some other papers.

2- The company that wants yo to come and work for must write a letter to the Turkish consulate for your work permit application.

2-After preparing the required papers and letters the client will submit them to the  Turkish consulate.

3-After submission the Turkish consulate will give the applicant a code, and through this code we can continue the client application electronically and wait for the result.

Note: The company must have for every foreigner who wants to obtain a work permit for him, five Turkish people working for it for every foreigner.
